We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, overseeing all aspects of office administration and providing professional front-desk support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Welcoming clients, guests, and staff in a professional manner.

 Efficiently manage daily incoming and outgoing calls.

 Coordinating calendars, booking meetings, and confirming schedules.

 Preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.

 Provide admin support to the Managing Director

 Sending memos, updates, and notices to staff members

 Keeping the front desk tidy and professional.

 Prepare, compile and submit SHEQ tender documents

 Manage company’s general administrative activities

 Filing, scanning, and organizing records.

 Updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Minimum Requirements

 3–5+ years proven experience in Administrator/Receptionist

 Clear verbal and written skills for dealing with staff and clients

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)

 Handling unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.

 Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

 Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills

 Excellent attention to detail and ability to meets
