Job Summary
We are seeking a poised, articulate Aesthetic Dental Receptionist to be the face of our luxury cosmetic dental practice. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-end concierge experience for patients seeking top-tier smile transformations.
Key Responsibilities
• Luxury Front-Desk Hospitality: Welcome patients warmly, manage check-ins/outs seamlessly, and maintain a pristine, boutique-style reception environment.
• Premium Scheduling: Optimize the practice calendar to balance high-value cosmetic consultations with daily treatments, ensuring zero patient wait times.
• Treatment & Fee Coordination: Answer initial inquiries regarding cosmetic services (veneers, whitening, aligners), present treatment fee structures, and process payments.
• Administration: Manage patient records and communications with strict confidentiality and absolute precision.
Qualifications
• Presentation: Polished, professional appearance with a warm, charismatic demeanor.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: 1–2 years of reception experience in a high-end environment (cosmetic dentistry, medical spa, luxury hospitality, or premium dermatology).
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital tools.
