A National brand is looking for an Automotive After Sales Manager for the KwaZulu-Natal based in Hillcrest.

Requirements:

Strong Mechanical Knowledge
Minimum 2 years managerial experience as a after sales manager in the motor industry.
Must have own reliable transport.
Must be well-presented and able to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
Honest and reliable.
Strong leadership skills.
Plan and manage operational policies and strategies .
Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals.
Ensure that the required statistical reporting is completed and disseminated as appropriate.
Oversee and take responsibility for quality control and performance management.
Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements
MUST have a valid Driver’s License.

Working hours
Mon to Friday 7:00 am to 17.30pm
Saturday 8am till 1pm

Responsibility:

Strong people skills, customer service ability, Relationship Management skills required.
Training, and managing Franchisee’s and their employees.
To Develop, Execute, and manage service and parts process to increase productivity and profitability of Aftersales.
Handling of complaints and warranty cases.
The provision of advice on any arising questions and the recommendation of upselling services
Ensure the overall satisfaction of a company’s customer.
Good communication skills and attention to detail
