Minimum 5 yearsโ prior ๐๐๐๐ค ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ in a high-volume restaurant environment
Practical experience in meat cutting
In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards and FIFO principles
Must reside in Strand or nearby and have own transport
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Computer literate, with hands-on experience using Pilot POS software being advantageous
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with strong communication and people skills
