Branch Manager: Centurion

A National Casket and Coffin manufacturing Company requires a Branch Manager at its Retail Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Centurion. We are seeking an individual with strong marketing skill and experience as well as in the areas of staff supervision, asset control and overall Branch Management. We are seeking a very strong and vibrant sales person to develop and grow with the company with competency areas not limited to:

Strong marketing and sales experience

Good communication and writing skills

Must be willing to travel and market the range of products

Be able to increase sales and bring in new customers

Develop and manage a new customer data base.

Provide trend analysis of customer purchases.

Maintain and develop strong customer relationship.

Contribute to product change, enhancements and development based on customer requirements and market trends.

Provide weekly and Monthly reports to head office.

Manage staff and assets

Control Stock and distribution to customers.

Manager delivery vehicles and fuel consumption.

Manage correct customer invoicing and correct delivery

Ensure on time ordering from Factory.

Control Branch Expenses

Control Fleet card security and usage.

Manage maintenance on vehicles and ensure cleanliness at all times.

Discipline staff where applicable.

Implement strong controls and procedures at the branch.

The incumbent must have a valid driver’s Licence, computer literate, know how to work on Excel, emails & an accounting software package with Inventory management and control. Must be Honest and reliable, No criminal records.
