remote monitoring, access control, and integrated security solutions. We are
looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of CCTV and
access control systems who enjoys working with people,building
relationships, and helping clients find the right security solutions.

Key Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, surveillance systems, access control, biometrics, and related security technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage professionally with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
Computer literate with good report-writing and administrative skills.

Sales experience is essential.
We are willing to consider technically strong candidates who have the
personality, confidence, and determination to develop into successful sales
professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their security requirements.
Conduct site visits and assist with solution design.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting.
