We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cabinet Maker / Carpentry Factory All-Rounder to join our team.

The successful candidate will be experienced in cabinet manufacturing and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires someone who can handle multiple aspects of factory production and maintain high standards of workmanship while producing quality cabinetry at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture kitchen and built-in cupboards according to specifications

Operate factory machinery including panel saw and edge bander

Assemble cabinetry and components efficiently

Maintain accuracy and quality in a mass production environment

Read and interpret cutting lists and production drawings

Ensure workshop cleanliness and safe machine operation

Assist with general factory carpentry duties when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cabinet maker or carpentry factory worker

Strong knowledge of cupboard manufacturing processes

Experience operating panel saws and edge banders (general tools)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good attention to detail and production efficiency

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship

Preferred:

Previous experience in a cabinet manufacturing environment

Ability to meet production deadlines

Good understanding of materials used in cabinetry (melamine, MDF, board products)
