Call Centre Agent Wanted

Are you confident on the phone and great with people?

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Warming Call Centre Agents.

What You’ll Do:

Contact potential clients who have already shown interest

Build rapport and understand customer needs

Provide basic information about our products/services

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Keep accurate records of all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Comfortable making outbound calls

Basic computer skills

Previous call centre experience is an advantage (not required)
