We are looking for a fast, efficient and motivated Call Centre Agent to join our busy office based in Table View.

The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, confident on the phone, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced office environment. We require someone with a go-getter attitude who can take initiative, follow up properly, and work accurately with customer information.

Requirements:

Must reside in Table View or surrounding areas. Applicants from outside the area will not be considered.

Must have at least 3 years’ previous call centre experience.

Experience working with CRM systems is essential.

Must have a clear criminal and credit record.

Must provide contactable references, which will be checked.

Must be fast, reliable, efficient and target-driven.

This position would suit a mature, responsible candidate who is serious about work and able to perform in a busy office environment.
