We’re looking for energetic, hands-on Catering Manager to assist in
leading our team and ensure our unit operations run seamlessly. Reporting to
Project Manager.

Strong in hospital, assisted living, retirement village.-
candidates with strong experience in this area will be considered.

What you’ll do:

Assist with Planning, coordinating and deliver exceptional catering services
Manage staff and ensure top-notch customer service
Assist in Coffee Shop and functions
Control stock, budgets and operational efficiency
Innovate with menus and presentation to wow our clients

What we’re looking for:

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Must be a great at BOH, follow specifications and working within budget
Be creative within the budget
Strong computer skills
Understanding of diets, including IDDSI
Excellent communication and a flair for people
Preferably have 1st-Aid certificate
Strong understanding of OHS
Previous catering/hospitality management experience in a hospital and retirement
villages would be advantageous
Someone dynamic, creative and ready to make things happen
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AND LIVE IN AREA
