Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chef to lead a busy commercial kitchen.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a proven track record of successfully managing a high-pressure, made-to-order kitchen environment while maintaining exceptional food quality and operational standards.

Essential Requirements:

Extensive experience leading and motivating a kitchen team
Strong stock control and ordering experience
Excellent portion control and food cost management skills
Staff training and development experience
Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
Relevant culinary qualifications
