Devonvale Golf & Wine Estate is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our well-established
4-star restaurant set on a prestigious golf estate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation, and who thrives in a
professional, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Running and managing your assigned section efficiently
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Ensuring consistency, quality control, and attention to detail
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
Maintaining strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver service excellence
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Experience in a 4-star or similar quality restaurant environment
Strong technical cooking skills and plating ability
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, disciplined, and able to work well under pressure
Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous improvement
