WE ARE HIRING – EXPERIENCED CHINESE CHEF

TONG LOK RESTAURANT – MILNERTON, CAPE TOWN

We are looking for a professional, experienced and responsible Chinese Chef to join our team.

Requirements:
-Strong experience and knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine.
-At least 2 years or more Professional Chinese cooking skills and consistent food quality.
-Good leadership, organisation and kitchen management skills.
-Able to work independently and handle pressure.
-Honest, reliable, responsible and disciplined.
-Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, stock control and food preparation.
-Must have a valid South African ID or legal work permit.
-Must live in Milnerton or nearby areas.
-Have Own transport arrangements is preferable
-Valid references and CV are compulsory.
-Serious, qualified and experienced applicants only.
