Emerald Life Proprietary Limited is a licensed Micro Insurer specialising in Funeral
Insurance. Emerald Life Proprietary Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clientèle Limited. We seek
to recruit an energetic, positive and self-motivated individual in the capacity
of a Cleaner. The incumbent will be situated at our Giyani District Office
and will work two days per week from 08h00am to 12h00pm.

Summary:

Key duties and Responsibilities

· Dust, clean, polish, wipe down and sanitize all designated areas, office equipment, desks and other surfaces including furniture, windows, doors,
fixtures and other surfaces within the designated area as well as all
designated restrooms.

· Sweep, mop and vacuum designated area.

· Stock and maintain cleaning supplies & inform manager when cleaning supplies are running low.

Disposing of trash from bins at the end of each day, clean bins and containers when necessary & replace
trash bags.

· Serve tea and/or coffee to management.

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs.

· Follow all health and safety regulations.

· Cooperate with the rest of the staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.

Good communication skills in English is essential.

Additional language(s) will be advantageous.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Good time management and strong, particular attention to detail.

Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.
