Description

We are looking for a specialized Electrical Forklift Mechanic to maintain and repair our growing fleet of electric-powered material handling equipment. In this role, you will focus on high-voltage systems, battery health, and electronic diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex electrical circuits, controller fault codes, and sensor issues ect
Battery Maintenance: Perform inspections on lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, including cell testing, watering systems, and charger calibrations.
Electric Powertrain Repair: Service and overhaul electric motors (AC/DC), contactors, and electronic speed controllers.
Hydraulic Systems: Maintain and repair hydraulic lifting mechanisms that are electronically controlled.
Preventative Servicing: Conduct scheduled maintenance as per manufacturer specifications to prevent unplanned downtime.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to high-voltage safety protocols and Maintain a clean work environment

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years of experience specifically with electric forklifts or warehouse equipment.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical and wiring schematics.
Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and own transport
Motors: Knowledge of both AC and DC motor control systems.
Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients during field service calls.
