Position Overview:

VCS Dynamics invites applications from suitably experienced and motivated individuals for the position of Semi-Skilled Electrician. The successful candidate will support electrical installation projects across multiple locations nationwide, contributing to the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality electrical solutions.

This role offers an opportunity to gain practical industry exposure while working alongside qualified electricians within a structured and professional project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with electrical installations in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations

Perform basic fault finding and troubleshooting under supervision

Work on distribution boards and residential electrical circuits

Install and connect electrical components as directed

Provide on-site support to senior and qualified electricians

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas

Utilize mobile tools and applications for reporting and job documentation

Minimum Requirements:

Completion of electrical courses will be advantageous

Reference letter required

Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant electrical experience

Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams

Sound understanding of residential electrical systems

Physically fit and capable of performing site-based duties
