A dynamic, fast-growing property firm based in Edenvale is building its sales team — and this is a genuine ground-floor opportunity. You will
build your own book of business, receive one-on-one mentorship from a seasoned real estate professional, and have every tool and system you need to build a sustainable, uncapped income.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Estate Agent with our company, you will:

Prospect, generate, and qualify leads across your designated area
Conduct property valuations and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
List, market, and sell residential and/or commercial property
Arrange and host property viewings and show-days
Negotiate offers and guide
clients through the full transaction cycle
Collaborate with bond originators, conveyancing attorneys, and other professionals
Build and maintain a personal database of buyers, sellers, and referral networks
Deliver exceptional client service that generates repeat business and referrals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

Matric/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)

Real Estate Qualification

NQF4 in Real Estate — must hold, or be willing to obtain

FFC

Fidelity Fund Certificate — must hold, or willing to register

PPRA Current registration, or willingness to register

ID

Valid South African Identity Document

Transport

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable personal transport

Location

Must reside in or around Edenvale, Bedfordview, Germiston, or Boksburg
