We have a lovely space for weddings, corporate gatherings, live shows, and private celebrations. We have the ambiance, the acoustics, and the logistics—but we need your drive to fill our calendar. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on results, not guarantees.

The Role (Strictly Commission – No Exceptions):
This is a pure performance-based role. You are not an employee; you are a partner in revenue generation. You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing event bookings.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively identify and secure event leads (corporate, social, entertainment).

Conduct venue tours and sales presentations for potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and collect signed agreements + deposits in conjunction with our management team.

Build and maintain a pipeline of local planners, influencers, and decision-makers.

Submit weekly booking reports; no micromanagement, but no hand-holding.

What You Earn (The Commission Structure):

Flat Rate: Percentage of net event rental revenue per confirmed booking.

Bonuses: Additional percentage for any upsells (catering add-ons, AV equipment, extended hours).
