A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Factory Supervisor who can take charge of daily operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure that production targets are consistently met with top-tier quality.

Minimum 3โ5 yearsโ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills

Willingness to work shifts if required
