We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flexographic Supervisor to

join our production team.

This is a hands-on leadership role critical to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency on the press floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and lead a team of Flexo press operators, ensuring a safe, efficient and productive work environment.

Oversee the entire Flexographic printing process, from setup and

colour matching to production and quality control.

Manage workflow to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

A proven track record in a supervisory role within a flexographic printing

environment.

Extensive technical knowledge of Flexo printing processes, including prepress, plate mounting, ink system, and press mechanics.

Essential: A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with 4- Colour process printing and colour management.
