We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Food & Beverage Banqueting Trainer to join our growing team in the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver practical and classroom-based banqueting training.
Coach and mentor waiters, supervisors, and banqueting staff.
Conduct SOP, service, and product knowledge training.
Monitor service standards and identify training needs.
Perform on-site coaching and quality assurance visits.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in banqueting and Food & Beverage operations.
Previous training or coaching experience within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of fine dining, conference, and event service.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valid driver's licence is needed as your own vehicle is a must due to travelling to various properties.
