1. Gardeners
Requirements:

Previous gardening or groundskeeping experience preferred.

Knowledge of basic gardening, lawn maintenance, pruning, and general garden upkeep.

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual work.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

2. Window Cleaners
Requirements:

Valid Working at Heights certification is compulsory.

Previous window-cleaning experience will be an advantage.

Comfortable working at heights and following strict health and safety procedures.

Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

General Requirements for Both Positions:

Good timekeeping and attendance.

Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional standards.
