An established and reputable manufacturing and installation company within the timber roofing industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Operations Director to take full operational ownership of its business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, leadership, and strategic operations within a technical, construction, or manufacturing environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (advantageous).

Proven senior management experience (minimum 8–10 years) in manufacturing, timber structures, or construction.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a track record of operational excellence.

Sound financial and commercial acumen.

Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.

Driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites as required.
