A well-established and rapidly growing private healthcare group is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the full operational management of one of its facilities in Johannesburg.

This role is ideal for a dynamic healthcare leader who is passionate about delivering quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–10 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Solid understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and financial management.

Proven ability to drive operational improvements and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
