A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field)

3–5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar generalist role

Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be advantageous

Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
