Manage dedicated mobile communication channels to answer guest queries, clarify travel arrangements, and provide continuous support during their journey.

Bespoke Recommendations:
Elevate the guest experience by suggesting tailored dining, activities, and regional highlights that match a wide range of luxury travel profiles.

Logistical Problem-Solving:
Partner closely with regional transport providers, field guides, and accommodation suppliers to smoothly handle itinerary changes or unforeseen delays.

Performance Reporting: Monitor response times, document communication trends, and escalate complex issues to management to help maintain top-tier client satisfaction ratings.

What We Are Looking For:

Solid background in hospitality management, guest relations, or tour operations.

Detailed, practical familiarity with premier travel products and destinations across Southern Africa.

Polished verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.

Strong organizing habits and the capability to track and record administrative data accurately.

Complete willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or standby hours, to support travellers in real time.
