Description:

An established wholesale business in Durban is looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Salesperson to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customers, generating sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Process customer orders and sales transactions
- Assist walk-in customers on the wholesale floor
- Contact customers regularly to promote products and generate repeat sales
- Respond to telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries
- Send catalogues, quotations and product information
- Follow up on quotations and outstanding orders

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience is essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate with good administrative skills
- Experience with Pastel Evolution is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
