Junior Fast Food Franchise Manager

The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of the restaurant, managing staff scheduling, and upholding service standards. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

General administration

Opening and closing procedures, including cash up and inventory reporting.

Support the execution of high-quality client service and operational standards.

Ensure the stores facilities are clean, organized, and service-ready.

Work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Handle on-the-day staff management.

Assist with scheduling staff and ensuring adequate service coverage.

Communicate and enforce all Restaurant regulations and protocols.

Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment.

Generate operational reports and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of the hospitality industry is an advantage.

POS knowledge is an advantage

General administrative skills are an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage

A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in the events or
hospitality industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

A qualification in events management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
