Description

Requirements:

3–5 years of IT experience (previous IT experience is required; applicants without it will not be considered)
Solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Experience with Office 365 administration and support
Working knowledge of DNS, email systems, and website management
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support
Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
Experience setting up and supporting printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Knowledge of backup and recovery practices
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices (antivirus, MFA, patching, phishing prevention)
Experience with remote support tools and a ticketing/helpdesk system
Ability to document procedures and communicate clearly with non-technical staff
Valid driver's license

Nice to have: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 certifications; experience with firewalls or basic scripting (PowerShell).
