About the Role

M Bond Pumps is looking for an energetic and eager-to-learn Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team in Blackheath. While you do not need to be a water pump expert just yet—we will provide full product and technical training—you do need to have a foundational understanding of sales and have worked in a sales environment before.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to build a long-term career in technical sales within an established, successful company.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the senior sales team with daily operations, quoting, and customer follow-ups.

Handle basic inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.

Learn our product lines (industrial water pumps and electric motors) through dedicated on-the-job training.

Maintain and update customer records in our system.

Proactively learn the sales cycle to eventually manage your own client portfolio.

Requirements
Sales Background (Required): Previous experience working in a sales or customer-facing environment is essential. You must understand the basics of the sales process.

Willingness to Learn: You must be highly coachable and ready to absorb technical information about pumps and motors.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and Afrikaans is highly advantageous).

Attitude: Driven, reliable, and hungry to grow into a senior sales role over time.

Computer Literacy: Comfortable using email, word processing, and basic spreadsheet software.
