Junior Site Supervisor

Eco-Green Waste Management Solution (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Key Responsibilities

Supervise waste management staff on assigned sites.
Ensure all employees report for duty on time and are performing their duties correctly.
Conduct daily site inspections and maintain housekeeping standards.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
Monitor waste segregation and recycling activities.
Complete daily reports and communicate site issues to management.
Assist with staff scheduling and attendance monitoring.
Liaise professionally with clients and resolve minor site concerns.
Ensure all company equipment and PPE are used correctly.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
Valid driver's licence (Code 8 minimum).
Must have their own transportation (vehicle)
Previous supervisory or waste management experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Honest, reliable and punctual.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Fluent in English and Zulu.
