WERE HIRING KITCHEN MANAGER

Java Bistro is looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team in Stellenbosch.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience in a kitchen management role.
* Must reside in Stellenbosch or nearby.
* Ability to confidently run a busy pass in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Knowledge of Pilot POS/system and food costing.
* Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Reliable transport.
* Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
