Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy restaurant kitchen

Ability to work under pressure during peak service times
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A strong work ethic and reliable, punctual attendance
