MACHINE OPERATOR – INJECTION MOULDING

Quality Crate Manufacturers (QCM) is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in injection moulding
Strong understanding of injection moulding machines and production processes
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
Good understanding of quality control and production standards
Ability to identify and report machine or production issues
Able to work shifts and overtime when required
Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow company procedures and health & safety requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection moulding machines efficiently and safely
Monitor production and ensure products meet quality standards
Carry out basic machine checks and report any faults
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Follow production schedules and instructions
Complete production records accurately
Assist with changeovers and other production requirements where necessary
Follow all company health and safety procedures
What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and hands-on, with a strong work ethic and a good understanding of the injection moulding environment. Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
