Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced maintenance person to manage day-to-day repairs at a guest house.

Requirements:

Proven experience in:

Plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets)

Electrical basics (lights, plugs, DB checks)

General repairs (doors, locks, painting)

Must work neatly and clean after every job

Must complete tasks fully without supervision

Must be responsible and take ownership of the property

Important:

This is not a training position

You must already know how to do the work

A practical test will be done before hiring
