Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Male General Worker to join our team and assist with heavy manual labor and daily nursery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Heavy Loading & Offloading: Manually load and unload delivery trucks with heavy plants, bags of soil, compost, large pots, and stone supplies.

Stock Movement: Safely move heavy materials around the yard and retail nursery floor.

Cement Work: Mix cement accurately and assist with basic cement, brick, or landscaping masonry work when needed.

Yard Upkeep: Maintain clean, safe, and organized loading zones and customer pathways.

Customer Service: Help customers carry and load heavy items into their vehicles safely and politely.

Requirements:

Physical Strength: Must be physically fit, strong, and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items (25kg+) repeatedly.

Experience: Experience mixing cement or doing basic cement/brickwork is highly beneficial.

Reliability: Punctual, honest, and able to follow strict safety instructions.

Proximity: Ideally living in or near the Mount Edgecombe area for easy travel.
