Our client, a manufacturer of plastic bottles, is seeking an experienced PET Blow Moulding Machine Setter to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, adjust and operate PET blow moulding machines used in plastic bottle manufacturing.
- Perform machine start-ups, changeovers and setting adjustments according to production requirements.
- Ensure bottles meet the required quality standards, specifications and dimensions.
- Monitor production processes and identify defects or irregularities.
- Troubleshoot machine faults and make the necessary setting adjustments.
- Conduct routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
- Adhere to all health, safety and housekeeping requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

- Proven experience as a PET Blow Moulding Machine Setter in a plastic bottle manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of PET bottle blow moulding processes and machine settings.
- Experience with mould changes, machine changeovers and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify and resolve production and quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
