We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Office Administrator (female) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is looking to contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

General office administration duties, including filing, organizing, and handling office correspondence

Maintaining and managing office supplies and inventory

Answering calls and responding to inquiries via email or in person

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Preparing reports and handling data entry

Assisting with preparation for meetings and presentations

Handling basic bookkeeping and invoice management

Key Requirements:

 

Proven experience in office administration or similar role

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail and accuracy

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Previous experience in a corporate office setting

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting
