Description

We are a Facility Management firm looking to employ an Office Coordinator to manage the Site Office of a Housing Facility.

Requirements:

Strong Administrative Skills

Good Communication Skills

Be Personable and Presentable

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Minimum Grade 12

Role:

To liaise between Management and the Professional Team on site

To coordinate and oversee tasks and services on site

Administration & Reporting (The Office Coordinator will be supported by a dedicated Administrative Assistant.)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: R 15 000/Month CTC
