Legion Security Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily security operations in Rustenburg

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Security or Business Management will be advantageous
PSIRA Grade A registered
Valid driver’s license
5–10 years’ experience in the security industry
Previous management/supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of site management and security compliance
Good leadership, disciplinary, and report-writing skills
Computer literate
Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all security site operations
Supervise supervisors and security officers
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance
Manage client relations
Handle incidents,
investigations, and reporting
Monitor attendance and operational performance
