We are looking for a highly motivated self-driven individual to run one of our stores.
We are looking for the following:
- Good track record in a similar role for at least 5 years.
- Must have Spur Corp Training (Spur, RocoMamas, John Dory's or Hussar Grill) .
- Excellent ability at keeping a good food cost and how to maintain it .
- Able to adhere to targets and budgets .
- Confident at handling all issues relating to staff: shifting, mentoring, training and discipline.
- Superb attention to detail when it comes to hygiene.
- Passionate about sending good quality food to customers .
- Able to handle high pressure situations .
- Excellent people skills .
- Ability to work in a team .
- A self- motivated individual who requires little supervision.
- Enjoys marketing and networking .
- Enjoys working in a team both at store level and head office.
