Apex Labour Solutions (Pty) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive high-level administrative, organizational and strategic support to the company directors.

Salary: R 10 000 monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Calendar & Schedule Management:

Proactively manage the executive's complex diary, schedule meetings, and ensure no conflicts.

· Travel & Logistics:

Arrange international travel, book accommodations, and manage the intricate details of a travel itinerary.

· Communication & Gatekeeping:

Screen calls, manage emails, and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

· Meeting Coordination:

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and liaise with board members and clients to ensure successful meetings.

· Document & Presentation Preparation:

Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents for meetings and events.

· Event Planning:

Coordinate and manage various events, including workshops, conferences, and functions.

· Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:

Swiftly address unexpected issues, such as flight cancellations, to ensure the executive's schedule remains on track.

· Strategic & Business Support:

Gain business understanding to provide strategic support beyond administrative tasks, sometimes involving market research or liaison with different departments.

Quotations & Invoices:

Assist with preparation of quotations and invoices.

· Proactiveness: Anticipating needs and taking initiative to ensure smooth operations.

· Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintaining absolute discretion with sensitive information.

· Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail in managing schedules and logistics.

· Communication Skills: Effectively liaising with various stakeholders, from clients to board members.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

· Must have Matric and Relevant tertiary qualification.

· Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.

· Must have excellent Mathematical skills.

· Must reside within the Benoni area.

· Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

· Must be willing to work long hours as well as weekends and public holidays.

· Must have sober habits.

· Must be fluent in English.

· Must have excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
