Description
The New Zealand High Commission is looking for a full-time Property Coordinator.
Role Overview
The Property Coordinator will be responsible for:
Coordinating and managing repair and maintenance of Post-owned properties and leased staff housing, working with building management as needed.
Acting as the lead AIMS user, managing the Fixed Asset register, property inventories, lease management, and maintenance works.
Overseeing project and facilities management.
Handling property-related procurement.
