Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to join

our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will oversee project

delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost
efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Manage construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Prepare, monitor, and control project cost estimates and budgets.

Conduct site inspections and progress evaluations.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project
execution.

Prepare tender documentation, contracts, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and quantity surveying.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and cost control.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Valid driver’s license and own transport.
