Description

We are looking for 3 mature, professional, and reliable Receptionists to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a front office environment, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls

Managing the front desk and reception area efficiently

Handling bookings, scheduling, and general administrative support

Assisting with correspondence and office coordination

Maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming office environment

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a front office/reception role

Professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Mature, reliable, and well-presented
