Worldwide Tax Solutions, a Tax and Accounting company based in Kloof, Durban has an
opening for a Receptionist/Administration clerk.

Starting salary R12 000pm- R 13 000pm, increases are based on work
performance. Office hours: 08h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday.

Probation period: 12 months.

Uniform to be provided.

Start date: IMMEDIATELY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide front desk reception duties for the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

• Answer, screen, and manage the switchboard efficiently and professionally

• Receive, welcome, and assist on-site clients and visitors

• Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence

• Issue, track, and follow up on tax reminders

• Maintain control of tax records and related administrative spreadsheets

• Prepare and organise tax files for submission of tax returns

• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required to support the office

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal presentation

• Well-spoken with strong verbal communication skills

• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service ability

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required

• Strong administrative ability with good common sense and initiative

• Understanding of tax timelines and basic tax-year awareness

• Fast learner with strong organisational and efficiency skills

• Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar administrative or reception role
