We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Regional Visual Merchandiser to ensure our stores consistently deliver an engaging and on-brand customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising standards, supporting store teams, and maintaini.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores within the region.
Ensure store layouts, window displays, and product presentations align with brand guidelines.
Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
Collaborate with Regional and Store Managers to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
Monitor store compliance and provide actionable feedback to improve the customer shopping experience.
Produce reports and communicate merchandising updates to management.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Visual Merchandising role, preferably within a retail environment.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores within the region.
Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.

Essential Requirements

Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly between stores throughout the Johannesburg region.
