WE’RE HIRING: RESTAURANT MANAGER
Stellenbosch | R28,000 per month
An upmarket restaurant in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading, coaching and scheduling the restaurant team
• Overseeing daily service, functions and special events
• Maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and presentation
• Managing stock, cash-ups, costs, budgets and operational reporting
• Resolving guest concerns professionally and driving continuous improvement
You’ll need proven management experience in an upmarket restaurant, strong financial and stock control skills, and the confidence to lead a team in a busy service environment.
