Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated restaurant manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with passion for hospitality.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Worked with A La Carte menu and not hotels and lodges
- Proficient with restaurant software systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, etc.)
- Solid understanding of restaurant financial, including budgeting and cost control
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

What you'll be doing:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- FOH and back of house coordination
- Lead and manage restaurant team
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Handle financial management and cost control
