Retail Security Supervisor | V&A Waterfront

We are seeking a high-caliber, experienced Retail Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations for our high-footfall store in the V&A Waterfront. This role demands a sharp, assertive leader who takes full ownership of retail loss prevention, team management, and store safety.

Key Requirements

PSIRA Registration: Valid PSIRA registration.

Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail security environment is essential.

Lifestyle: Strictly non-smoker of sober habits with high personal standards.

Availability: Immediate start required.

Shift & Schedule

Hours: 09:30 – 21:30

Rotation: 4 days on, 2 days off

Transport: Company-provided transport to Cape Town Station after the evening shift.

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: R12,500 per month

Benefits: Provident Fund, UIF, Medical Aid, Annual Leave, Annual Performance Bonus, and Uniform Cleaning Allowance.
